Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, once an order is placed it immediately goes into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Each item is made specially for you and cannot be resold to another customer.
You will have the opportunity to review and approve your order before it goes into production. Please ensure all details like sizing, text, and image uploads are correct before approving your order.
If there is an error on our part during production or shipping, please contact us immediately so we can determine the best resolution based on the circumstances.

Exchanges
